Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years in Manufacturing/Facility Management (or 10 years with HS diploma).
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and performance management across engineering, quality, and operations.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate complex topics into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior professionals.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness of facilities and equipment.
• Drive reliability, throughput, and cost improvements using TPM and best practices.
