Job summary

Hörmann LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team. The role focuses on proactive and reactive maintenance, budgeting, and reporting across equipment and infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have an advanced technical degree and 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience (or 10+ years in a supervisory capacity). The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a technical field with supervisory experience (associate degree or higher).
10+ years of supervisory responsibilities and project management experience, or 5+ years with progressive manufacturing supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution across facility and equipment.
Develop data-driven production updates and reports for management.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and control maintenance budget and resources.
