Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Chaska, MN seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to align the site vision with maintenance and facilities operations around capital projects, preventive maintenance, and safety.

This role leads a ~20-person team and reports to the Director of Operations, ensuring reliability and business continuity in a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in maintenance leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities in Chaska.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
• Coordinate site safety programs and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain building systems reliability, redundancy and contingency plans.
• Lead a facilities and maintenance team of ~20 staff.
• Oversee capital projects from scope to budget and timeline.
• Monitor SAP maintenance metrics and report to leadership.
• Prepare operation budgets and cost estimates.
