Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead worker responsibilities including directing and training inmates or staff in semi-skilled and skilled maintenance repair work.
• Perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance repairs on electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Carry out carpentry repairs such as doors, frames, cabinets, and walls.
• Repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and heating components.
• Conduct interior custodial duties and exterior grounds maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in meetings/trainings.
