Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Worker Lead to maintain buildings and grounds in the assigned area. You will lead a team, assign daily tasks, inspect facilities, and perform preventive maintenance to keep the site functional and safe.

Role requires strong safety awareness, independent judgment, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Evening and weekend availability is expected as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance expertise preferred.
• Must follow basic safety procedures to address physical risks.
• Exercise judgment based on experience to solve problems.
• May act as informal resource for less experienced staff.
• Operates with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of others, without direct performance management responsibilities.
• Schedules and assigns daily work to a team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Inspects assigned area regularly and performs maintenance to keep facility functioning.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Repairs fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action.
• Mentors employees on minor tasks to correct mistakes.
