Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of mechanic or small engine repair experience.
• Facility or hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience managing safety systems, inspection schedules, and building compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance program and upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of parts and labor; manage safety inspections.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and contractor work; communicate with supervisor.
