Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in facility maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and building infrastructure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and accessibility compliance.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs across the property.
• Schedule repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements.
• Lead maintenance staff and delegate tasks to contractors.
• Manage service contracts with external vendors.
• Create and monitor facilities budgets for maintenance and supplies.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety and emergency protocols.
