Job summary

This role reports to the Production Manager and collaborates with the Electrical Distribution team to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical diploma preferred.
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage equipment and protective devices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork; willingness to work shifts and outages.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment.
• Conduct electrical safety and risk assessments; lead pre-job briefs.
• Test insulation resistance, continuity, and power quality; verify safe conditions.
• Support outages, commissioning, and project work.
• Document work orders, test results, and shift handovers; coach junior technicians.
