Job summary

Hospitality Online is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior systems in a hotel setting. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, repair various systems, and lead junior staff to ensure timely, quality work.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs, welding, carpentry, painting, and plumbing maintenance, plus strong safety awareness and English communication for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building interiors.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical repair, welding, carpentry, painting, and plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of MRO practices and safety protocols.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics and tools.
• Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and other mechanical repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely across facilities equipment.
• Oversee plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
• Manage facilities equipment maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior upkeep.
• Supervise junior maintenance staff or contractors when needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities using schematics and MRO procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with professionalism.
