A leading pharmaceutical packaging company in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Lead. The candidate will perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and manage spare parts inventory. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferred in printing or packaging environments. The position offers a range of benefits and an hourly pay of $35 to $40 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in high-speed printing or packaging.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, boiler systems, and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on various production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with outside repair services for efficient resolutions.
