Responsibilities

• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists for maintenance procedures.
• Repairs fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective actions.
• Mentors employees on minor tasks to correct mistakes.
