Job summary
Detroit-Manufacturing-Systems, LLC in Wixom, MI, is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Lead to direct all plant maintenance and infrastructure efforts. You will oversee electrical systems, utility distributions, and preventive maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school cert preferred.
- 8+ years in industrial maintenance, facilities, or electrical roles.
- Ability to lead maintenance activities and coordinate resources.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical controls, motors, drives, PLCs, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance and facility operations to ensure safe, reliable production.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Provide technical leadership and training to maintenance personnel.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor downtime, reliability, and maintenance metrics.
- Support budgeting and capital improvement planning.
