ABB Inc. is seeking a Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker to handle semi-skilled maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors under supervision. You will perform general cleaning, repairs, and simple facility improvements, while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role includes light manual labor and operation of basic equipment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with 3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Basic understanding of computer-based machine controls is required.
• Forklift license may be required and training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled building and grounds maintenance and repair.
• Operate basic mechanical and power tools safely.
• Replace locks, light bulbs, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Transport and deliver light supplies as needed.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to supervisor.
