Job summary

Base Power, located in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Leader to oversee operations and safety at Base Factory 1. This role involves planning preventative maintenance, managing facility operations, and driving reliability initiatives to ensure equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, along with strong expertise in HVAC systems and mechanical repairs. This role will provide a unique opportunity to build a world-class maintenance organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with electrical and hydraulics/pneumatics troubleshooting using prints.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on systems.
• Manage and prioritize service requests and resources.
• Develop PM/TPM activities for facilities equipment.
