Job summary

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in facilities maintenance, a high school diploma, and strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repair. This full-time position offers a salary of $90,000 to $110,000 annually. The role requires leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage projects and teams.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in facilities maintenance and construction.
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agency’s facilities and building equipment.
• Supervise cleaning contract workers and maintenance staff.
• Ensure proper preventative maintenance on building equipment.
• Work with Director on obtaining competitive bids for projects.

Technical proficiency with security systems

Education
