Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors on site.
• High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must provide vaccination verification as mandated by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Maintain and repair basic functions of the facility as directed by the maintenance director/supervisor.
• Take care of tools and equipment and perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, and electrical equipment.
• Remain on call for 24 hours a day when assigned and assume supervisor’s responsibilities in their absence.
