Job summary

Greenville Gardens is seeking a dedicated housekeeper/maintenance worker to manage daily cleaning and maintenance tasks across the facility. You will ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff, following federal, state, and local guidelines as directed by the Administrator and supervisor.

Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, addressing various areas such as offices, restrooms, lounges, and entrances, and performing basic maintenance like bulb

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general housekeeping/cleaning duties to keep the center sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly.
• Receives assignments from supervisor and follows the cleaning schedule for offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Follows supervisor instructions and may check/replace light bulbs, clean vents, and maintain grounds.

Education
