Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building components.
• Maintain and inspect mechanical rooms and systems.
• Replace filters, clean cooling towers, and lighting bulbs.
• Fabricate and install screens and glass as needed.
• Paint structures and repair concrete floors and steps.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain safety records.
