Pilot Company in New Mexico is hiring a Facilities Services team member to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You’ll maintain restrooms and showers, assist guests, and help create a clean, comfortable environment for drivers, commuters, and travelers alike.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced travel center environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
