Pilot Company in Fontana, CA is seeking a team-oriented associate to help maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and support daily operations at our travel center. You will be responsible for keeping the store, restrooms, and showers in top condition while delivering friendly guest service to a diverse set of travelers.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand or walk most of the day, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleans showers and restroom facilities.
• Washes, loads, and unloads towels for showers.
• Performs general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picks up and disposes of trash around the travel center.
• Delivers excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
