Job summary

This on-site role involves performing tasks across trades and assisting grounds staff as needed, with a focus on keeping campus operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Experience assisting tradesmen and grounds staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen with plumbing, carpentry, welding, HVAC and related tasks.
• Support Landscape and Grounds for mowing and grounds upkeep.
• Serve as backup for daily mail route operations around campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
