Job summary

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. This full-time, on-site role involves working in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and roofing tasks, with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Four years of experience across multiple skilled trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and process work orders using a web-based system.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain and repair machines using hand/power tools.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on drives, motors, belts, and fluids.
• Install equipment to improve energy or operational efficiency.
• Reference diagrams and maintenance manuals.
• Operate cutting torches and join metal parts as needed.
• Complete door, frame, lock repairs or installations.
• Perform general construction tasks including tile, doors, and fixtures.
• Assist with inventory and maintain organized workspaces.
• Perform general cleaning after maintenance tasks.
• Operate state vehicles as assigned.
