Colen Built Development is seeking a qualified SCA Facilities Maintenance Field Coordinator Level 3 in Florida to lead maintenance teams and oversee preventive maintenance across community facilities. You will diagnose and repair commercial equipment, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with management for emergencies and capital projects.

The role requires strong English communication, OSHA 10-hour certification, and background in HVAC with a focus on quality control and safety.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-year experience in Commercial Repairs and Mechanical Maintenance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising maintenance teams
• Domestic Water/Backflow Certification; EPA preferred; OSHA 10-hour; bilingual Spanish beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Handle repairs and improvements on all facilities and equipment.
• Observe and report quality control issues and emergencies to management.
• Conduct spot inspections of PM service work.
• Complete building inspections, reports, and checklists for management review.
• Assist and dispatch co-workers to handle work order requirements and reactive work.
• Track production progress of PM services and work order completion.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls for unforeseen emergencies.
• Assist in handling contractors for emergencies and capital projects.
• Organize team duties during large events and community activities.
• Train co-workers in setup for events and daily activities.

Job Summary/OverviewSCA Facilities Maintenance Field Coordinator Level 3 is responsible for assisting and dispatching team members to achieve their daily duties, conducting and tracking work orders, enforcing and inspecting quality Control, carrying out preventive maintenance and repair of commercial mechanical equipment, commercial facilities, public areas, amenities, etc. This obvious, hands-on position within the community requires the utmost professionalism and awareness of how actions and communications are perceived.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following statements describe the principal functions of this position and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
