Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for a stable bakery-focused production facility in Seattle. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair bakery equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

The ideal candidate has industrial electrical experience, PLC/inverter knowledge, and the ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience required.
• PLC and inverter experience preferred.
• Bakery production equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on bakery equipment and facility systems.
• Minimize downtime and ensure equipment productivity.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production line stoppages.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow GMPs and all safety regulations.
• Complete accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Support emergency repairs and overall maintenance operations.
• Assist Chief Engineer with technical support and recommendations.
