Qualifications

• Any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment including boilers, emergency generators, HVAC and related systems.
• Undertakes a variety of building maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, plumbing) as required.
• Completes and maintains accurate records and logs.
• Tests and evaluates equipment prior to service.
• Orders and procures parts and materials for repairs.
