Qualifications

• Previous facilities experience required in HVAC, electrical, locksmith, plumbing, kitchen, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed.
• Complete work orders as requested.
• Install new layouts for all gaming tables.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
• Re-lamp throughout the property.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required.

Skills

Ability to learn and understand company rules

Skill in establishing effective relationships

Read, write, and communicate in English

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment
