Qualifications

Job description

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial maintenance or other related fields a plus!
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong organizational & communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with traveling to multiple locations within a geographic area throughout shift
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and MVR check Physical Requirements
• Ability to tow and maneuver a trailer

Responsibilities

• Communicate with support team via phone to respond to work orders.
• Utilize expert trouble-shooting skills to determine necessary repairs
• Prepare job scope-of-work to include time estimates and material requirements
• Perform general maintenance, including but not limited to, door locks, plumbing, electrical, general mechanical repairs and painting
• Exhibit a professional presentation with a high level of customer service to managers and other team members

Pay: $25 - $28 per hour DOE

Physical Job Requirements: Stand, sit, kneel, and walk up/downstairs on a regular basis; work from various heights via platforms, scaffolds, ladders, or man-lifts, bend and stretch, lift, and move heavy objects (50-60 lbs.) in the course of a shift.
