Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to keep the facility in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion.
