Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 10AM - 6:30PM

Job Description

Core essential skill sets:

1. Electrical field degree with a minimum of 2 years working with electrical systems (24v – 480V) and utilities (HVAC, Boilers, water systems, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, etc.)
2. GMP experience is a plus (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, vitamins or packaging)
3. Screenings: Basic Background, Drug (12-panel w/Fentanyl), Medical Screenings (Vision, Audiogram & Noise, Hearing Questionnaire, Spirometry, OSHA Respirator Questionnaire, Lifting Assessment - 35Lbs)
4. Contingent worker will be working onsite at Client.
5. An electrician license is a must! (No candidates without an electrician license will be accepted)

POSITION SUMMARY

The position functions as a subject matter expert for electrical systems and installations, supporting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. It supports production maintenance equipment and utilities at the Davie site for 24x7 manufacturing operations.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Work under general supervision, performing routine assignments and developing competence through structured work tasks.
• Use existing procedures to solve routine problems.
• Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiar with PLC programming, automation, and AI technologies.
• Support equipment, utilities, and process troubleshooting/repairs.
• Manage small projects related to equipment upgrades, facility modifications, and utility infrastructure.
• Update technical documents, SOPs, and change controls.
• Provide ongoing support to maintenance staff, solving complex problems and coaching on failure modes.
• Implement safe work practices and process controls, including job hazard analysis and risk assessments.

The role also involves developing financial models, conducting analysis and forecasting, evaluating business performance, and supporting strategic initiatives and automation strategies. Additionally, it includes planning to optimize scheduling efficiencies to meet operational goals.
