Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Healthcare or residential facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment and buildings in top condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
• Help maintain resident care equipment, wheelchairs, lifts, and devices to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan repairs and improvements.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and supply usage.
