GCI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Director for Settler's Landing in Streetsboro, OH. You will lead the maintenance team to keep the community safe, clean, and attractive, while delivering excellent customer service and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), coordinating preventative maintenance, managing capital projects with the regional team, and driving cost reductions through supplier negotiations.

Qualificações

• Five to seven years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and oversees maintenance to keep residents safe and comfortable.
• Oversees maintenance tasks to meet standards and laws, focusing on resident satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, training, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Property Manager and Property Manager on resolutions.
• Contribute to capital projects and ensure timely completion.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to reduce unbudgeted repair costs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs annually.
