Qualifications

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
• Assist with light repairs and upkeep across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and shared areas.
• Perform light repairs and upkeep across the facility (painting walls and floors in mechanical rooms, touch-up painting in offices, refinishing and painting outdoor site furnishings).
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify minor repair needs.
• Assist with general cleaning and tidying of common areas.
• Support seasonal projects and special tasks for the Facilities team.
• Communicate issues or supply needs to the Chief Engineer.
