Qualifications

• Two years of experience in cleaning and general maintenance of offices, furniture and buildings.
• Knowledge of supervising staff and evaluating performance.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and determines cleaning and maintenance work and required staff, equipment and time.
• Develops work plans for cleaning and maintenance and assigns tasks.
• Supervises staff and work activities; signing performance evaluations.
• Maintains records of personnel, time, equipment and work completed.
