Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance requests from internal teams.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking routine inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors to complete work orders.
• Manage calendars and maintenance logs to keep operations on schedule.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
• Provide on-site support for small maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain records of requests, repairs, and activities.
• Update CMMS/databases with relevant information.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Assist with periodic safety checks and reporting.
