Job summary

Pilotcompany in Hebron, IN is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep travel center facilities clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready. You will clean bathrooms, restrooms, showers, load towels, perform general repairs, and handle trash collection while delivering excellent guest service.

This role requires being a self-starter, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
