Responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, and enforcing safety standards while adhering to Sea Mar’s mission and values. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle routine tasks in a fast-paced health-care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment.
• Perform housekeeping, yard maintenance, and general maintenance tasks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisor.
