Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in East Greenbush, NY is seeking a Senior Director, Facilities Maintenance to lead equipment maintenance and calibration across manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse operations.

You will ensure systems supporting drug product filling, visual inspection, device assembly, and packaging remain validated, compliant, and operational. You will own preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage CMMS systems (Blue Mountain, SAP PM, Maximo), drive reliability,

Qualifications

Requires BS/BA in a related field with 15+ years of progressive experience in pharma or an MS with 13+ years of experience.
Experience managing maintenance and calibration programs and CMMS systems (e.g., Blue Mountain, SAP PM, Maximo).
Deep knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, EU GMP Annex 1; strong understanding of cleanroom systems and aseptic manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and calibration across manufacturing, lab, and warehouse systems.
Own maintenance planning, scheduling, and contractor/vendor oversight.
Drive reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
