Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member at our Lebanon, TN travel center. You’ll maintain clean facilities, manage showers/restrooms, handle towels, assist with repairs, collect trash, and ensure top-notch guest service throughout your shift.

Work involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
