Facilities Maintenance Associate - 3

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to restrooms, break rooms, and offices.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and offices within the facility.
  • Stocks cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor of current inventory levels.
  • Handles concentrated cleaning chemicals responsibly, working with and around them safely.
  • Operates forklift to move items to trash compactor.
  • Maintains exterior facility items in all weather conditions (outdoors in parking lot and between the ship-shack).
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

  • 0 Years - Experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning, sometimes in warehouse environments and temperatures.

  • 2 Years - Experience in the field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 2 Years - Experience in the position
  • 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
