United Airlines is seeking an Assistant Manager of Facility to oversee maintenance operations at staffed maintenance locations. You will manage local maintenance planning, execution, SLA compliance, and productivity, while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

The role requires leading supervisors and technicians, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement across stations. A strong background in facilities maintenance and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Post-secondary education in a technical- or maintenance field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance-related role.
• Experience in building maintenance/systems-related maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of facilities/building maintenance skills/trades such as Electrical, HVAC, Conveyor, Plumbing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance operations at United staffed maintenance locations.
• Manage local maintenance planning and execution, SLA compliance and productivity targets.
• Track and analyze department performance and report results to leadership.
• Provide coaching and development to supervisors and technicians.
• Support safety, OSHA, environmental and training program compliance.
