Saber Healthcare Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping Life Safety Code compliance, the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order. You will follow health and infection control policies, uphold community standards, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.

Shift is Days, part-time 3 shifts per week, wage $16.00–$18.60/hour; facility-specific

Qualificações

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Life Safety Code and physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards set by community administration and Maintenance Policies.
