Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
