Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of equipment (refrigerators, dishwashers, HVAC).
• Keep common areas (floors, walls, ceilings) clean and tidy.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds (mowing, snow shoveling, trimming bushes).
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents promptly.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
