Job summary

Tulsa Public Schools is hiring a Maintenance Analyst I to provide technical and administrative support for the Facilities work order system, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and communication of maintenance requests district-wide. Under general supervision, you will process work orders, coordinate between departments, and maintain records and reporting.

This role serves as the primary contact for incoming service requests and ensures work orders are dispatched, tracked, and closed accurately,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or coursework in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years in an office environment with clerical or administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders and coordinate communication between departments.
• Provide customer service and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Enter data, track work orders, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support within the facilities team.
• Coordinate interdepartmental tasks to ensure timely completion.
