Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. You will help keep the facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, maintaining records, responding to requests, and collaborating with staff to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or facilities maintenance
• Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
