DFM Solutions in Marshall, MI is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

You will work with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and security systems, respond to emergencies, and uphold safety standards. Valid driver's license and ability to work independently or as part of a team are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with fire and sprinkler systems maintenance.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipes, and related equipment.
• Service refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, maintain, and repair door locking systems and access controls.
• Maintain fire and security system equipment, including video cameras and alarm systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
