Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and operational integrity across multiple sites.

This role is ideal for a facilities professional who is passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environments that support healing and recovery. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will supervise facilities staff and contractors, coordinate vendor services, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in facilities management or related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising staff and contractors.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Supervise facilities staff and contracted personnel.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure timely work orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, licensing, and funding requirements.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage project logistics and budgets.
• Maintain facility records and reports for regulatory bodies.
