Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, and managing budgets. Responsibilities

• Visit all company owned locations to assess repairs and safety.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Respond to all emergency calls and perform emergency repairs.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved vendors.
• Manage facilities budgets and work within them.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Familiarize with warranty specifications and studio needs.
