Job summary

Flow is seeking a Facilities Technician Lead to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, systems, and grounds. Under the Facilities Manager, you will monitor building operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and apply multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience operating and maintaining building equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and fire systems.
• Experience with CMMS or related work order systems.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Maintain organized inventory and proactively order materials as needed.
• Lead preventive maintenance program to extend equipment life.
• Identify deficiencies and report recommendations to Facilities Manager.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance efficiently with proper records.
