Job summary

Kinovate Life Sciences, Inc. in Oceanside, CA seeks a Facilities Lead to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of chemical storage tanks, pumps, PLCs, control systems, and related equipment.

You will ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance within a GMP-focused environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial/lab maintenance, strong problem solving, and the ability to plan schedules and guide a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with Technical Trade Certificate or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial process equipment and building systems.
• Experience in maintenance/facilities within industrial and laboratory environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Safety First culture.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs needed.
• Writes procedures and maintains maintenance documentation.
• Manages inventory of parts and critical equipment.
• Collaborates with Engineering to plan work priorities and resources.
• Plans and schedules work based on necessary trades.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely and timely.
• Assists team with troubleshooting and inspects vendors/contractors.
